Ashton is a great real estate agent! He made far drives to look at houses for us, made sure we got the best deal, and was a great person to have backing us up! If I was to do this all over again, I would gladly pick Ashton to be my relator again.

There were many instances where Ashton could have benefited from our first-time ignorance, but took those as opportunities to educate us and go above and beyond to get us concessions and find us the perfect home. Ashton is a terrific agent. Knowing Houston well and especially the Heights added an extra benefit to my home buying experience. However, even without that major perk, Ashton would have provided amazing service. His first step is to really understand what you want, then he helps you find what you are looking for, and lastly, and most importantly, he will remind you of what you are looking for and give his honest opinion on whether or not a home has satisfied your needs and wants. If you want an agent that prioritizes the right sale for you over the quickest or best commission, then Ashton is your agent.

Ashton provided an incredible experience for me and my wife who were first time home buyers. Beyond being knowledgeable about housing in different areas of Houston, he displayed a level of scrutiny when touring houses that showed he cared about us finding the right home where we would be happy rather than simply selling us one.
