Ashley was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire home buying process! Shes friendly, informative and made sure we were prepared for every step! She took and made phone calls I didnt want or didnt feel comfortable making. She called our mortgage company when there was delays in paperwork. She was there to help us blue tape and to ask all the questions we didnt know to ask. As a first time homebuyer I was unsure about using a realtor, but I am so glad I did. She made the process 100x less stressful and was fighting for us every step of the way. It was 100% worth it and I will be recommending her to everyone I know!

Ashley is amazing. Our hunt for what we call our little piece of Texas took time because we were being very precise in what our expectations were about property size, country living, specifics about location, the neighborhood, must have a shop, must ave majestic oak trees, etc. Ashley remained patient with us, and each time we looked at a home that was almost the one, Ashley listened intently as we shared our thoughts. She then narrowed each new search to better meet our expectations, and found our unicorn. We closed in just over a month on a place located less than an hour from my work, over 2600 square feet, a shop, beautiful oak laiden 7+ acres, and in the country. Thank you Ashley, we are very happy with your patience, professionalism, due diligence, and kindness with us in search of our little piece of Texas.

We weren’t even in the market to look for a house but were referred to by my sister. When we first met Ashley she was just a ball of energy, always so positive and smiling and so easy to talk to. Any questions we had she was able to answer in terms we understood as well as finding out the answer if she was not sure. Once I told her what we were looking for she hit the ground running and even went to open houses without us (due to Covid) but took video or even FaceTimed us. She didn’t only find our house she found our home.

My sister introduced me to Ashley when I started the search for my first home, and there was absolutely no need to talk with any other realtors! She was communicative, warm, and patient! I had a lot of criteria, and she helped me to find what I wanted. She also did give me other options outside my criteria (like different locations outside my preferred area), but she was never pushy and always respectful.With buying a home during the pandemic coupled with my criteria, I was expecting the home search to last a long time. We were outbid a few times. We had a difficult back and forth with OpenDoor. She was hard working during all of it. The best thing is that she was patient with me, and was willing and ready for the long haul.Im so happy with the service she provided; Ive already introduced her to some family members who will be looking for homes! in the future to sell or buy a new home, I will only be going to Ashel
