As a first time homebuyer I was nervous to say the least! I had quite the list of what I was looking for and I was expecting maybe 5 houses to look at and Ashley came back with 20! She took me to every listing, walked the space, talked through updates, options, ideas and researched any information I threw at her. When we found the one ( a fixer upper that had all the visions) she was able to negotiate on the house and it was at an “as is” listing! She was our #1 advocate the whole time and got us our dream house. Ashley listens, does her homework ahead of time and puts in strong offers that will get the deal sealed! And her husband is a mortgage lender so we had the best experience, quick process and also recommend her to anyone looking for the best! 100/10 would recommend her as your forever realtor!
