Arlene did an amazing job selling our condo on North Padre Island. Our home sold in under 48 hours! She guided us through selling our home smoothly. She did a wonderful bit of negotiating to get us several bids over the asking price. The pictures of our home and the advertising she did for us were very effective and even attracted out of town bids from just the pictures! When our condo closed, it was for $60k more than anyone who had ever sold there before. We were very pleased with our experience and will definitely use her again. We recommend her to our friends who are looking for a realtor in the Corpus Christi area.

I have bought and sold a home with Arlene Fay. She was awesome in helping navigate the purchase of a home through her knowledge of details that can have an impact on the buyer. She was available to spend days looking at homes and finally discovering the one we were looking for. Three years later, she sold that home in less than 24 hours! Arlene helped me take care of all the details while already relocated to another city. I can not recommend her enough as a realtor!
