It’s difficult to put into words how much my husband and I appreciate Elmer! He has been a long time family friend, so we were extremely excited to go on the home buying journey with him. He was open with communication throughout the entire process, even when things were slow moving on our end. He was able to get us the best deal when it came to our home. I have heard horror stories about the home buying process, and of course my husband and I prepared for a lengthy looking period. But the only “horrors” we faced stemmed from forces outside of our realtor and mortgage company. If anything, they worked miracles together for us while we were dealing with the horrors. My husband and I have been in our home a little over a month now and we could not be happier.
