There cannot be enough superlatives nor varied accolades to describe Aprils work for me. For a real estate transaction that required months to finalize, with multiple complex hurdles to cross, she worked tirelessly, with many creative solutions to seemingly insurmountable obstacles with an irrepressible tenacity and unrelentingly positive attitude.AND ....Shes a very nice lady!Can recommend her without reservation to anyone in search of real service in real estate endeavors.

April is the kindest, hardest working, andmost resourceful realtor I have ever met. She does what it takes to meet client needs.We worked together on a project that had a lot of “moving parts.” I was the CPA who handled the Section 1031 Like-Kind Exchange part of the project. There were also multiple buyers and timing issues at present. April was available nights & weekends, coordinated well with the title companies, and accommodated the needs of my accounting firm. She made sure the client received the best value possible for his sale, saved money on his taxes, and was happy with his overall experience. If any of my accounting clients are in need of a realtor, I am sending them to April. She will get the job done.

April was such a great help with the purchase of our new home. She did everything possible to help us with the sell of the old house. Finally old house is sold we couldnt be more pleased with the out come of new home and the old one. Thanks!

April is patient and kind! A ‘real’ go getter! She did everything she said she would do! Had our house under contract in 4 days and for more than we asked for! She also had a professional photographer come out and take pictures. Makes a huge difference! We enjoyed working with her!She also came to closing, which is rare these days! 😀😀😀
