April is not only an extraordinary realtor but also an incredible person. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Since we were out of town, she not only gave the normal recommendations of hotels and restaurants, but actually coordinated the movement of personal belongings to a storage unit, arranged cleaning and landscaping crews, and took a personal interest in our situation. We never felt like clients but more like friends. I have never worked with a realtor like her before. You will not regret choosing April for your buying/selling needs.

What April did for us during the sale of my brothers house, who had passed away, could be considered more like things a good friend would do rather than a realtor. It was a long-distance situation, and she handled all aspects of prepping the house for sale which went beyond what would be considered normal realtors functions, disposition of effects, local contacts, etc... Without Aprils assistance, expertise, and compassion, this transaction would never have been possible. I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.
