A co-worker of mine had Annie as their realtor and recommended her to me and I am so glad she did because my boyfriend and I had the absolute BEST experience purchasing our first time home. We had so many questions and were very needy clients lol but Annie was always super responsive with every little question or worry we had. When looking for a realtor, you want someone that can also stand up for you as the buyer and is not scared to be confrontational in a professional manner towards the seller and Annie did just that. She always communicated our desires with the seller and had our backs. 10/10 experience! (She also recommended excellent home inspectors, movers, and loan officers-she is well versed in the real estate world!)
