I have purchased and sold several homes in my life. Anne Allare BY FAR is the most dedicated and professional realtor I have worked with. She handled all the calls with vendors I was using, scheduled times for their work, was on site for much of the work since I was in a different city. I had to close remotely, and the first day I entered my new house, two binders were waiting for me containing all of the house information, warranty information, laminated checklist of monthly/quarterly maintenance I need to be aware of. She went above and beyond at every turn and did so smiling and full of upbeat vibes. I will absolutely use her again. Very impressed and grateful our paths crossed.
