My family and I were very Blessed to have Anna as our realtor! We started this process of seeing a house on a Sunday afternoon and our bid was accepted 2 days later here we are 37 days later in our first home. Anna was amazing to work with. My husband and I are very hard to please at times and pretty picky but she made it happen!! Anna listened to our needs and wants.We had no exact location in mind being that my husband worked north of Austin and I work near San Antonio. We looked at houses from Manor all the way to Seguin. No matter where we looked she was more than willing to drive and meet us.We even put an offer on a house and she started working her magic, part way through there was an issue with the seller so we backed out. That didnt stop her because a few weeks later we found another one and put an offer on it. She had to start all over with everything and never complained.I would recommend anyone who is looking for a person who is friendly, educated, has her clients best interest, and thorough to work with her. Buying a home can sometimes be a pain, but I feel like Anna made the process easy and was able to get us what we wanted

It was excellent working with Anna. Relying on her knowledge and letting her make the decisions on how to market my property and price it in this current market proved extremely valuable. In my instance I felt like my home was worth a little more than advertised by showing it at a lower price drew a frenzy of people to the property to view in person and set the stage for the buyers to compete to buy my home rather than having to convince the buyer my home was worth more. This is the way to do it an Anna was right. None of the offered received were trying to bid the house down but on the contrary they were all bidding the price up and ended up closing on a strong offer that was 12% above asking and I felt these were exceptional results. Having Anna as my realtor gained me a larger net payout than I was after. All around an excellent experience. Thank you so much.
