A total professional, Mr Chu was amazing. On a truncated timeline of only 3 days he was able to find the perfect house that suited our needs. He made the buying process extremely easy and his communication was next level. He had every home that we looked at mapped out with schools and drives to work information readily available. He made sure that we knew all the steps and he was patient in finding me and my families perfect house. By far the best realtor I have ever worked with and even after closing still makes sure to touch base with me in case of any questions. Have already recommended to all my friends. The guy is amazing!

I’m so blessed to have been able to go through this process with Angelo! I did have to work on building my credit and he definitely gave me the resources and tips to do so. In the end result I was able to jump my credit up 230 points, (That process only took about 2-3 months) and We were able to contract on a New Build Home with KB in a matter of a 1in a 1/2. So all in all the total process only took about 4 months and some change. But his work didn’t stop there. Once we found the community we wanted, we were put on a waiting list.12th on the list to even be able to contract on the lot that we wanted. Mean while the value was increasing almost 2k every week. Angelo called every day*** to check what place we were in and most important to create a point of urgency so they knew we wanted/needed to get in asap! Sure enough randomly we got a call to come in because a family missed their appointment and because of my brother’s professional persistence Our name came to mind and we jumped the list being able to contract way sooner then we expected. A week later the house we have being built went up another $15k bringing us to a total of $19k of equity for our home before we’ve even moved in. So with out his hard work, skill set, resources, dedication, and passion behind what he does we would not been able to have this beautiful home but such great opportunities and GAIN in such a demanding market that we’re facing today. So if you want a realtor who’s on your side step by step, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done He is your GO TO! LOVE YOU AJ, thank you for helping our family.
