Best experience. My siblings and I inherited a house that had been a rental for some time. Angela helped us navigate the best plan to sell, how to prepare, what to expect, and helped us close on time!There were three sellers in this transaction. One of my siblings lived out of town. Angela made sure to provide great communication to all three of us to keep us updated and on the same page. She made us a priority and met with us on our schedule.All in all, it was an easy transaction thanks to her professionalism. The house was sold to the first person to look at the property.Wonderful experience and we highly recommend her to everyone we know!

Excellent communication and documentation. Angela was always available to help me see any homes I was interested in viewing. She knows the market and could tell me if the property was priced appropriately. She supplied me with other information and documents to help me navigate landscape, utilities, HOA and other areas I had not considered. All this while being a truly nice person to spend time with in some not always perfect situations. We did several walk throughs to be sure everything is in good condition and working as it should. That’s no easy task with stubborn builders. Angela stayed on top of check list until everything was fixed.I recommend her to everyone!!
