10 stars! Andria and Daniel Sirka completely covered my home buying process from beginning to end, and then some! Andria went way above my expectation in her availability, advice, and communication with both me and the builder. I bought a new home, and Andria made sure that I received the best deal while also making sure that both the home and contract were solid before closing. Andria saved me tens of thousands of dollars in the process of communicating with the builder! I would highly recommend Sirka Real Estate. As a first-time buyer she ALWAYS had my best interest in mind! I am so grateful that she was my realtor!

Above and beyond does not begin to describe the extraordinary level of service I have experienced with Andria as my realtor. Not all realtors are created equal and we are SOLD on Andria Sirka! From start to finish, Andria was a buyer’s dream! She gave dedicated attention to details that were important to both my husband and I and her leads were wonderful! Ultimately she found our perfect home, going beyond the call of duty to bridge the gap for us, being out of state buyers. Her knowledge of the market, residential areas and escrow process were invaluable as well as her patience & willingness to invest the necessary time into personal tour appointments along with live video calls, which fostered our timely decision making.
