    Andrew was so GREAT!! He helped my husband and I sell & buy a home - it was our first time doing both at the same time so we were nervous about the whole process. But Andrew was so helpful and guided us through the whole process. He was always just a phone call or txt away, and was very quick to respond!We really appreciated all is help in taking care of selling our home. He had great insight on how to price the home and had the connections with a great photographer to highlight the best parts of our home (her name was Felicia, I believe), & then advertising it well. With all of that we had a lot of attraction to our home which made the selling process faster - it was still nerve racking just the whole waiting process but we were in good hands, and our home had two offers within the first week.We also appreciated his help in finding our next home; making sure to take into account all the important aspects we wanted & finding the best home for us. I had done a lot of research on different homes in the areas we wanted but he found one that didn’t cross my radar. It was a home that had everything we wanted: location, price, footage, curb appeal & gas stove! We love our new home 🏡 💖We are so thankful that we had Andrew as our seller’s & buyers agent - would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy &/or sell their home! You won’t regret it!😉

    Andrew and his team are excellent! I had all but given up on selling our house until Andrew reached out to me after I pulled the house from the market. From his initial phone call to the closing was a short two months. Andrew made it easy for me to get the house ready to sell; as an out of state seller, Andrew and his team were my hands and feet on-site.     So my situation was relatively quick, in about 2 months, during the end of my engagement, I had changes to my housing status. Andrew was quick, available, and involved. He helped me to have a vision for a home and provide reality and practicality to the ideas in my head. He assisted me in not only what to look for but how to think about things. He was able to guide me as a first time home buyer, and helped me to find a home I would not have known was in my price range. In fact, he seemed to have a better grasp of what I could afford than I could. Andrew effortlessly was able to walk me through the process. In fact, I felt Andrew was a better advocate of my needs and wants than I was for myself. I deeply appreciate how available Andrew was to not only help in closing but in submitting paperwork with the local government and tax related documents. The work did not stop after the home purchase but he helped me find information for utilities and HOA. Andrew is truly a master of his craft and I highly recommend especially to first time homebuyers and veterans. He is as pro as you get! We loved our experience.

    Andrew went WAY above and beyond. I’m an out of state owner/seller. I was struggling to find the agent I needed to do this sell while being 4 states away. Andrew did a lot of footwork for us. He sold the house in no time and for full price. He knew what to negotiate and what to accept. He was an exemplary example of what a hard working agent is. He and his assistant are prompt and knowledgeable. I will be working with Andrew again on my upcoming sales and looking for more purchases.     I’ve worked with Andrew for several years now. I’ve watched him grow and develop and have heard nothing but great things from his clients. Although I haven’t personally bought a home using him, I can attest that every client he’s sent me to help with a water softener and home security has done nothing but sing his praises.     Andrew assisted me in selling my home. I needed to sell my home for quite sometime. I was in a tough spot, struggling to keep current on the payments. It also needed a great deal of work. I was very embarrassed at the condition it was in. He was so kind, professional & he found a buyer for my home immediately. The gentleman who purchased it was an investor & he took on the property. He was very professional, helpful and honest. I had a very positive experience. I moved into an apartment. My family was organizing a family compound. I was not sure if I was going to join them or not. I did not & I am still renting. It has been several years & I now want to purchase a small duplex or home. When I am ready to do this, I will call Andrew to help me find with my next home.
