I am a FTHB & Andrea was referred to me by a friend about a year ago so I reached out! I mentioned that I wanted to start the process but wasn’t fully ready yet. Andrea addressed my concerns and gave me all the steps I should do to better inform myself before jumping into the process. She checked in with me every month or so to see if I was ready and gave me some information on how the market was doing.After starting the process with Andrea there were times where I mentioned a new program I heard about and she would do her due diligence on it and get back to me with answers!After touring a few houses in the area Andrea understood what I liked and was able to find a house that matched my needs! We went through so many homes, even went under contract with a home then started all over again from stage one to the end.She help me by advising with great knowledge and even though I went with my own risk by going with something she did not agreed with at first and she still respect my opinion. She guide me through everything and help me and my family find the perfect home for us.My next home in 10 years - she would be the person I go to for my next home! I would recommend her to everyone! Honestly a warm and welcoming person. Easy to relate and have a conversation with, there won’t be any weird awkward pauses. Has a knack for asking questions that you may be having or even things you didn’t think of. Will stay on top of you with documents that need signing.
