Andi came highly recommended by a realtor I know and trust out of state and she knocked it out of the park for us. She always stayed within budget and is an extremely skilled negotiator. Andi was great to work with!!! I live in Florida and I did not have a real estate agent in Corpus Christi to work with. We found Andi as a referral from our agent in Florida and we couldn’t be happier with how hard she worked to help us find an investment property. She helped us throughout the whole process. When I was able to come to town to look at properties she had 2 full days worth of homes for us to look at and I hen I couldn’t be in town she would walk through property with me on FaceTime. There were homes we liked but in some cases she knew they weren’t a good investment so she would help guid us away from those problem properties. In the end we found the perfect property and she made the process so easy for us. When we look to buy more properties in the future, there is no doubt we will be using Andi! 100%
