Me and my Fiancé have used Ana twice. The first time was when we bought land, and second when I sold my house. Both times, Ana presented herself professionally and trustworthy. She was knowledgeable in the many different situations that we encountered during the buying of our property, and selling of my house. Ana always kept us informed and provided her expertise in each area. She went above and beyond to ensure that we got the best deals as buyers and sellers. Ana is a great real estate agent. As first-time homebuyers, we expected nothing short of an utterly overwhelming undertaking. Ana, all but literally holding our hands, alleviated our fears as she guided an almost effortless journey. She thoroughly explained every step of the process, calmed our concerns, and answered questions we hadn’t yet thought to ask. For other necessary services—inspections, insurance, etc.—Ana recommended only the best, friendliest people. My wife and I were fortunate in that we only had to look at one house before deciding it was the right one to buy. Still, as first-time home buyers, we needed our hand held on everything, and Ana went above and beyond in making sure the process went as smoothly as possible. Every time we had a question, she would answer it, and when she didnt know the answer (rarely!), she found out right away. She also did a fantastic job telling us what questions we should be asking, how to approach the negotiation process, how to prioritize repair requests, and how to understand complicated paperwork. I felt fully briefed and ready for each step we took. She was extremely patient and conscientious and made all our interactions with others (like the inspector and title company) as productive as possible. Ana was very generous when it came to providing advice and giving us tips based on her own experience, but was also very attentive to listening carefully to what WE wanted. We give her our highest recommendation!

Ana was incredible the entire time. I honestly feel like I hit the jackpot with this one. She was a consummate advocate for us throughout the entire process, taking extra time to make sure we understood EVERYTHING (and theres a LOT to understand) as we embarked on buying our first home. We couldnt imagine having gone through this without her. She knew the process inside and out; she researched, pushed for the best outcome, and it was smooth sailing because of her guidance and expertise. Shes exceptionally knowledgeable, whip-smart, professional, fastidious with her deadlines and fine print, and also a kind, wonderful person with which to work. Ana was wonderful. She was very professional and knowledgeable, but also very friendly. She made the process of selling our home easy and stress-free. She had so much patience with us. We met her at an open house several months before we wanted to sell our home, but we immediately knew we wanted her as our agent. She took the time to explain everything to us and always stayed in contact, even during the period when we basically abandoned her when we had no idea what we were doing. It was always out of concern and never in a manner that was pushy. Our home sold in 2 days and we had no issues at all. She set us up with everything we needed. She referred us to several useful companies when there were repairs needed and updated us with any/all changes or concerns. Shes seriously the best and I would definitely use her again if ever a need and recommend you do as well.
