Amy made buying a house so easy! It was a great experience from beginning to end. She was so patient and sweet while showing me quite a few houses until I found my dream home. She took care of all of the negotiations and helped me make informed decisions the whole way through. She basically held my hand and walked me through everything. She is great! I highly recommend her!

Working with Amy was GREAT! Very responsive to calls and texts. She immediately set up viewings of houses we were interested. The best part was after a few viewings she already knew better than we did as to what we were looking for. We would point out one and she’d still take us but she knew we wouldn’t like it. Saved a lot of time for us. Great gal to work with too. I would have questions about financing or paperwork and she always found the answer for us!

Amy Wade made the home buying process so easy. This is my first home and she helped me through every step from finding a mortgage lender, looking at several houses until we found the one I loved and then she negotiated for me and I got the house when it had several other people that put in offers too! She helped me through the inspections and appraisal and it all went smoothly. She was always available when I had a question. I love my house and I will definitely use her when it is time to sell this one and buy a new one.Skylar.
