Amy Patton has a great personality and is very knowledgeable.We have worked with her as a buyer and seller and recieved the same level of excellent service in both cases. We trust her completely. She does everything she can to get her clients what they want and negotiates with the other party supremely. We always feel like we are her only clients because of her attentiveness.We would definitely work with Amy again and highly recommend her.

Amy is absolutely amazing! My husband and I loved working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sale their home. We worked with Amy to purchase our first home and I truly believe that she made the process a lot less stressful than it could have been. She was very knowledgeable about the current market and made sure we were prepared upfront. She was direct but always pleasant. As first time homebuyers, this process was completely foreign to us but Amy was there to walk us through each step. She was easily accessible and very responsive. When we found the home we wanted, Amy did everything she could to help us secure the property. She then sent us several properties to look at each day and by the 3rd day we found our beautiful new home. The builder’s salesman tried to say that the price would go up if we didn’t close by a certain date, but Amy made sure that we were locked in at the price we agreed upon. We definitely recommend her for any of your real estate needs. She’s professional and knowledgeable.

It was a pleasure working with Amy!My husband and I worked with Amy and found a home in the Pearland/ Houston area this past March 2022. My husband and I were relocating fromOhio and lived in Ohio through out the process. Someone my husband will be working with referred Amy and we are thankful she did because she made the process while being out of state seamless. Amy is very knowledgeable and resourceful. I think the greatest strength Amy brought that sets her apart from other realtors was her ability to navigate tough situations and negotiations.The market was absolutely crazy but the first offer we put in was accepted without over paying. I attribute this to the very strategic offer Amy suggested we make and her continued negotiations and relationship building.Once under contract several issues arose. Amy worked with us through every issue, developing solutions, while helping protect our interests. This, in particular, is why I would recommend Amy to anyone.As out of state buyers who were not familiar with Texas it was very helpful that Amy was so knowledgeable and able to make referrals and suggestions for just about anything. Home Insurance agents, roofers, foundation experts, mortgage providers etc. Amy had someone for everything and her referrals were spot on. Amy also provided tips and information on hat was especially helpful as first time home buyers.Amy simultaneously was working with other clients but did not make us feel like we were not a priority. This especially stuck out to me because looking at the other homes she was working as the agent either for the sellers or buyers it was evident our home at around 300k was priced significantly less.
