Amy Edwards was amazing to work with on buying our new home! She was very responsive to all my texts/emails/calls and took the time to make sure we understood every step of the process. She worked super late on more than one occasion to make sure we got offers in as quickly as possible. Amy also provided us multiple great suggestions for brokers and other services that helped make our home buying process go smoothly. We worked with Amy during the pandemic, and she made sure that we and the sellers were protected by following all safety recommendations. Amy was very familiar with the area we were looking in, giving us insight into tax rates, safety, etc. On the day of closing, she continued to support us by answering questions on all the documents we were signing and keeping our three-year-old entertained so we could focus. We would strongly recommend her to our friends and family.

Amy has helped my entire family...so, it only made sense for her to assist us when it came time for us to find a house in Georgetown! She was awesome from start to finish! We had a few bumps in the road and she was a trooper and never let us forget that she was there for us! I highly recommend her for your next house (selling or buying)!! Amy Edwards is one of the most amazing people Ive ever had the pleasure to do business with. Going into home ownership was always something that my wife and I felt completely intimidated by. But from that first email we exchanged to the moment we closed on our first home, we never felt like we were trying to make this journey without really great guidance. She was completely on the ball with making sure all parties had everything they needed and making sure we understood anything we had any questions about. Always very responsive through any channels we reached out from and always very forthcoming with what to expect every step of the way. It also helps that shes very patient, honest and has a great heart. I highly recommend her and if/when I do this again Ill definitely give her my business without a second thought. Thanks again for being so wonderful. We love our new home!

Amy helped my mother and I find a home to rent. I am suddenly my mothers care taker and Amy graciously showed us over 10 properties while I brought along my terminally ill mother and my infant child. She was so professional and caring and I cant thank her enough for her help. I will be referring everyone I know to her. Amy is the best!

Amy Edwards is tops. She goes above and beyond on all levels. I cant think of a single thing more she could of done. We will look forward to working with her again on our retirement home.
