I had the fortune of meeting Amy earlier this year through Kristine Silva, a friend of mine through the music world and a realtor looking for her first sale. I ended up listing my home with Amy as my seller’s agent, and wow, she has some insane marketing skills! She listed my home in a really clever way, and even found a way to include my dog.I did learn that real estate can be tricky; in what turned out to be a rather long and arduous selling process, Amy remained kind, professional, patient, and always found time to stay bubbly and funny.After the contract for the sale of my house was signed, there were many issues that arose on the buyer’s end. But because Amy is so incredibly detail-oriented, I never felt like I was falling. She was always there with reliable information and answers to my many questions. Amy did an amazing job with the sale of our home. She met with us numerous times prior to listing and prepared us in every way for the sale. She went over the estimated homes value, reviewed the home for things to be done, provided a checklist of things to be done at the house and constantly provided us with comparable sales from the area. Her expertise, knowledge and personality were huge throughout the entire time working with her. Amy also hosted two open houses for us, arranged all the photos and handled all the marketing materials for potential buyers.
