The home buying process was so much smoother, easier, and fun than we expected it to be and it’s all thanks to Ami! We were blown away by her level of knowledge and her willingness to give her honest opinion on the houses we were looking at. She helped guide us at every step of the process and really went above and beyond with helping us understand how to best approach buying our first house.She helped us get a house we genuinely would have never thought we could own. From the home search to negotiations, she was beyond helpful in helping us get the best deal and house possible.Despite her being so knowledgeable and having an unmatched work ethic, I think one of my favorite aspects of working with Ami was her personality. She so easy to talk to, so funny and truly just someone you want to be around. She made what we thought would be a stressful and confusing process of buying a house feel easy and fun.A lot of people will say they know the best realtor in Austin but I promise you, Ami is the best! I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Ami is an incredible realtor from every angle. My husband and I are first-time homebuyers and we came ready with a massive range of questions in every home she showed us and every scenario we encountered. Ami answered everything with an expertise that can only be achieved through years of hard work and dedication to her clients. If she didnt have an answer right off the bat, she made time as quickly as possible to help us figure it out. Shes intelligent, cares deeply about her line of work, and creative — Ami saw possibilities in homes that we would never have conjured up on our own, but she also gave us the space to make every decision without pressure. Shes VERY thorough, an awe-inspiring negotiator, and she genuinely wants to find you the best home for your specific needs. We love Ami and quite honestly had more fun buying a house with her guidance than I ever thought was possible. Most reviews for Ami are from happy buyers and sellers. From a title standpoint, I can also sing her praises. She and her team are responsive, efficient, and informed. They help their clients understand the process and emphasize the need for necessary paperwork and information, so title and/or the lender can stay on track for closing. Each party plays an important role in having a smooth transaction, and Ami does an amazing job!

Where to start where to start... I dont want to give the same generic review. Let me start with Ami is incredible (generic start). She is real, shoots you straight, and most importantly genuine. She has so much knowledge to share to help put you at ease and to educate you.We closed on our house yesterday and I could have never gone through this journey without her. She is always available when you need her, has a great vibe/energy and is such a go getter. I am a suspicious and anxious person by nature when it comes to big purchases (suppose most are). She helps you from getting in your own way. She truly makes every step feel so effortless and I never once felt unease during my home search.I am truly sad my home buying journey is over SOLELY because I wont be interacting with Ami regularly. Ami is flexible and perceptive, I think shed be a fantastic fit for all people/personality types.In closing, before I drone on too long, Ami has your best interests at heart TRULY. She will do everything she can to help you find and acquire your dream home. Her experience makes her an enormous asset in this journey and I would not trust another living being with that besides Ami Davis.
