    Erica and her crew helped us with both the purchase of a new home and selling our old house. Erica and Jonathan always had input that made us feel more confident. Amy was great with helping on all the detailed side information/paperwork that comes with buying and selling. Getting through it all can get overwhelming, but they were all incredibly helpful and understanding.At the start, Erica gave an awesome introduction that made us feel confident she was going to be the best person to guide us. It had been 15 years since we had bought a house, and a lot has changed, so we were happy to have a knowledgeable and strong communicator to work with. We quickly found a beautiful home, and she put in the effort to get us the best deal. She was always ready to answer questions and open for any discussions. They put their all into prepping us when it came time to sell our house and were always honest with their opinions.     Over the past twenty years, my husband and I have purchased several homes with multiple agents. We just closed on our dream home in Bay Oaks, and I can honestly say that Erica Renae Gutierrez of The Ambition Realty Group is the best of the best! We first met Erica almost four years ago, when I had posted on Nextdoor looking for help with comps for my home to protest my property taxes. She reached out and got us some comps within a couple of days. At the time, we were also thinking of investing in an investment property.
