We met Amanda when we first were thinking of potentially buying a house. We were not certain of anything and had lots of demands, but Amanda took it all in her stride and never once saw defeat as an option with our changing minds! Amanda has an amazing knowledge and combined with her friendly character and energetic approach it was an absolute delight to go house-hunting. She listens, and observes our reactions when we saw the different house. She made notes of reactions and comments, and did her homework for the next houses to be ahead of the game and pointed out where things would be what we would like and also absolutely clear when she knew there would be areas that we should discuss.When we finally found what we were looking for, we enjoyed the pep-talking for negotiations, and the support when we need to sharpen the approach. And more than anything having her by our side from start to finish!We have also benefitted from Amandas fantastic network, both in terms of trades as well as mortgage providers. We couldnt have done this without Amanda. We are impressed by Amandas ability to connect professionally and her approach to builders, sellers, other advisors and even people who are a bit too clever for their own good, whilst she is constantly broadening her network which benefitted us in the process and will benefit all who uses Amanda, whether selling or buying.Amanda is 200% on our side, and we had so much fun together which was just an added bonus. We got to know each other very well in the process and have ended up as really good friends!We cannot recommend Amanda high enough! She is a top notch realtor - the real thing, who has ambition, empathy and drive! Amanda is our realtor for life! -

My experience with Amanda was 10/10! She was very good at communicating with me and my husband and helped us look at multiple options that had all the things we were looking for in a house! Amanda Ocasio was truly an amazing agent who went above and beyond the call of duty. I was referred to Amanda by a close friend who had gone through the process months earlier. Amanda was always available whenever I had questions and/or concerns, and believe me I had tons of questions/concerns. The amount of time and effort she put into walking me (a first time home buyer) through the process was exceptional. Her prompt responses, knowledge, patience and determination made a potentially chaotic process less stressful for me. I had several obstacles along the way, and while Amanda was always honest and upfront, she remained confident and assured me that we would work through them all, and WE DID!!
