Amanda was knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and was willing to put in the work to make the deal appealing to both sides. She always communicated with me in a timely manner and was so personable. There’s no other way to start my review other than on a positive note.As a military member, moving from one place to another can be stressful, and after hearing the stories from other members about realtors it was even more stressful to decide on a realtor that could understand my family needs.By the Grace of God I was lucky enough to find Mrs. Amanda Dennis. Not only did she help me to understand the process, but she was extremely helpful, kind, and honest about the options we had.She also made herself available for any questions and was hands down making sure that anything I needed was taken care of.I have nothing but praises for her professionalism and enthusiasm while ensuring this new home was ready for me. Amanda was amazing, she was always quick to respond, kept us informed, and completely went above and beyond to help us get into a rental while we were out of state, and even after the signing of the lease she continued to help us out, came to check on the house and made concerns known to the landlord before we got here. Highly recommend her and hope we can work with her again in the future!

When you’re looking to purchase or rent a home, you can trust Amanda Dennis to stick by your side until the end. She is definitely someone you want to have by your side throughout the process. She is knowledgeable and will advocate for you. If you have any questions or concerns about a property, she WILL get you answers and address those concerns…putting your mind at ease. Amanda is kind, funny, and most importantly she is patient. Finding somewhere to rest your head at night and call home is a delicate process. Your home should be your safe haven which means you must do your due diligence and not be too hasty when making a selection. I have a reputation for being a little “extra” as my friends describe it. I viewed several houses/properties before deciding on one. Amanda was never too busy to show me another house and was always patient during the viewings. One thing I admire about her is she will bring things to your attention. If Amanda sees something that isn’t right, she’s going to let you know. What you choose to do with that information is totally up to you, but you can never say she wasn’t operating with your best interest in mind.She checks in often throughout the process, so you’ll never wonder if she’s still searching for your “perfect” home. My plate was full with work, school, and trying to find somewhere to live within a matter of weeks. I found her follow ups toward the end of the process to be most helpful. She contacted me to make sure I was able to start services for utilities, internet, and cable. I appreciate Amanda’s thoughtfulness. Moving can be a stressful process. Move-in day I had so much going on. I was kinda all over the place that day. She stopped by with a gift card. Dinner was on her that night . That was a heartfelt gesture for me. Even after my move-in date, she didn’t just cut me off. She contacted me asking if I had settled into my new place. Amanda genuinely cares about her clients and it shows in the service she provides.
