From the moment I spoke to Alma on the phone, I knew that we were headed in the right direction. She asked us important questions about what we were looking for. I loved that she was able to understand both my husbands and I questions and concerns. She directed us to the loan company and Ray was extremely helpful and patient. We hit a few bumps on the road but Alma had a solution for us. We trusted her knowledge of this business and thank God and Alma, we closed on our home in about 2 months. She was extremely helpful, patient, resourceful, cheerful, hopeful, and processional. Even after closing she has been answering questions. Thank you Alma for your hard work and dedication. Having worked with Alma before, I knew she was going to be the best person to help us find our forever home. Her strong work ethic, her knowledge, and her warm personality helped us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She is an excellent negotiator and was able to get us even more than what we wanted. Any time we had issues with the lender, she stepped in and helped us problem solve. Your realtor is supposed to be your partner and I can definitely say she was exactly that. I highly recommend her.

It was very smooth and amazing , we were both very scared to take this step and with alma , Melissa and everyone’s help we couldn’t be more thankful ! I would definitely recommend all of the team that helped us to family and friends. Still till this day I cannot believe we where able to purchase our home. It feels so unreal just because being home owners is something we have wanted for years. Had I known I would have reached out to Alma years ago . If you are thinking about it don’t, just do it take that step towards owning your home Alma and her team will definitely take great care of you .
