Were so happy a friend had connected us with Allie this past year. We were casually in the market when we stumbled on our now home. Allie was quick to jump in as our agent and help us through the process as first time buyers. She was extremely knowledgable and had great experience in the area. We had a unique loan assumption and Allie did a great did working it out with the seller as well as helping us through the process. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

My wife and I already knew Allie was a wizard because of how much she helped my sister-in-law buy her first property, but we were still amazed and consistently grateful for her expertise, organization, and practical approach to helping clients find the best home for their lifestyle and budget. She helped us decide whether to build or buy resale, and once we decided to build, she was instrumental in helping us narrow down our options and walk through our choice of builder, location, and model. Because we had not yet moved to Austin, Allie and Natalie stayed on top of site photographs, walked us through selecting a great pre-drywall and pre-move-in inspector, did research on future construction in the area so we knew what to expect, and helped us make other decisions along the way. And most of all, she is just fantastic to work with--we consider her a friend, and we are grateful every day for her role in helping us move into our dream home!

I highly recommend Allie for your real estate needs. She helped me sell my condo and was very professional, friendly, available and knowledgeable. She gave me suggestions on the things to do to prepare my home for listing. She walked me through all of the documents and answered all of my questions. I just wish we could buy and sell more houses with Allie! From our first conversation to both closings, Allie proved her worth and was our biggest asset throughout the process. She really cared about us feeling confident in our decision and was always very even keeled and empathetic during stressful moments (for us) in the condo buying journey. Perhaps most importantly, Allie does what she says she’s going to do when she says she going to do it - you can trust and rely on her. AMAZING! This is my third move from out-of-state and Allie was by far the best realtor Ive worked with!!! At our first meeting, she said she was going to make the process as stress-free as possible. I appreciated the sentiment, but I thought yeah, right! She was right. She helped me understand the buying process in Texas, gave me an excellent lesson on Austin neighborhoods, and the real estate market in the area. I felt very knowledgeable and well informed going into it and knew that Allie had all the bases covered. She also took the time to get to know me, my needs, and lifestyle so that she could find the best home for me. The recommendations that she made were spot on!!! At one point I said I know this is not what I said I wanted--but this is PERFECT! Its like she has psychic abilities when it comes to real estate. Once I was under contract Allie kept in regular contact with me and was sure that I knew what was coming at each phase of the process. While moving is something I am not keen to do anytime soon--when I do need a new home I will 100% be calling Allie!

Its unfortunate that reviews are limited to 5 stars, because Allie deserves much more than that. My wife and I relocated to Austin last September after having bought and sold multiple properties out of state. Despite that experience and having worked with top-notch realtors previously, our experience working with Allie demonstrated that shes in a league of her own. Despite an ultra-competitive market, Allies professionalism, perseverance, tactfulness and intellect enabled us to compete. At the end of the day however, it was her unique ability to partner with our lender and the sellers agents that resulted in our offer being accepted. In addition to the above, Allie is simply a pleasure to work with and be around. Whether youre a first time home buyer, benefiting from her wealth of knowledge or a seasoned investor, Allie is as good as it gets.
