We met Alli through a friend, but we CHOSE Alli because she was the one who gave us peace of mind about being first time homebuyers! Alli is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. After dealing with the rental I was living and being disappointed, I felt lucky to find Alli. I originally contacted Alli to look at rental properties and working with Alli gave me the confidence to purchase our home instead of continuing to rent. We looked at every home I wanted to see. She was honest and forthright- no games. She knows Midland very well and the various pros/cons to each neighbourhood. The home we wanted had unexpected purchasing challenges with the seller and Alli patiently and persistently worked through everything to close within the tight timeline I had. I’m VERY happy in our new home and grateful for all Alli’s hard work and support to make a dream come true for me and my children.

Sold!!!! Under contract in less than 10 hours!!! What else can I say? Alli is awesome!! After moving out of state, Alli did everything possible to sale my house. I have never met a realtor dedicated and motivated as she is. She made the sale of my house simple. Helped me with all the minor things that I couldnt do from 1200 miles away. If I buy/sale again, I hope to have her or another realtor just like her.Thank you so much Alli.
