    Relocating to Fort Worth I had no idea where to start looking. Alicia was very helpful from day one and was extremely knowledgeable. She was honest and didn’t let me purchase something that was worth the cost or settle. She was positive and always ready show any house I liked. Alicia responded quickly to my text and gave information right away. I would definitely recommend her as a realtor & look forward to working with her again in the future!

    I can’t speak highly enough of Alicia Brunson. She served as our realtor for the purchase of our first home, and I am so grateful that we hired her. While many will describe their experience buying their first home as “stressful” or “chaotic”, I feel tremendously blessed that we didn’t find the journey to be much of a burden or issue at all. We took our time to find what we wanted, but Alicia made the whole process so easy that we feel we had a drastically improved experience than many of our friends who recently purchased homes. And I know that is the result of Alicia’s dedication, expertise, and work ethic.I met with several agents before choosing Alicia, and I’m glad that I did. I came to realize just how competent Alicia was in the market where we were shopping, how committed she was to finding us a home that WE wanted, and how much she cared about us. I can honestly say that not once in the ~5 months we shopped did I ever feel pressure from Alicia, or anything that might resemble her trying to get us to moving on something in which we weren’t confident (I can’t say the same for other realtors with whom we met). Alicia was committed to our needs. I was blown away by how readily available and willing she was when we wanted to see a property on short notice, had an urgent question, or needed her to pursue information on our behalf. She is such a hard worker!While Alicia does business all over, rest assured that if you’re shopping in the Aledo/Brock/Weatherford/Benbrook/etc area, I found Alicia to be an absolute expert. It was SO useful having someone so knowledgeable not only in the Aledo market in which we were shopping, but also relevant details of specific geographic locations for houses we visited. Having an “insider” who knew the ins and outs of these hot markets was so great!Alicia was a joy to work with, is a kind and gracious individual, I would recommend her unconditionally to anyone buying or selling in an area Alicia does business, and am glad my wife and I have had the privilege of getting to know her both as a realtor and as a person.     Thanks to Alicia, and her ability to think outside of the box, we were able to find the home that we were searching for. We utilized Alicias experience to both sell our old home and buy our new. Because of her knowledge of the market and relevant comparisons, we were able to sell our home in less than 2 weeks, at our asking price. In addition to being our realtor, she went above and beyond to answer any and all of our questions, no matter how crazy they were. I also admire the fact that Alicia wasnt afraid to approach other realtors, builders, and others with questions or request information, on our behalf. We had an amazing experience and would whole-heartedly trust Alicia with future real estate endeavors.

    Very professional!!! Alicia knows her stuff!! she had the buyers for our home and i only wished i had hired her as our Realtor!! She ended up helping me through the selling side of our home since MY Realtor didnt do a thing!! She knows her stuff so well and i would highly recommend her!!! If i EVER sell our home again she will be the first person i call!!!!

    Alicia has been great to work with and I would recommend her to all of my family and friends. When we sold our house she came in and gave us a list of honey-dos to help prep and stage our house. We had a lot of showings the first weekend and ended up with a couple of offers.Our original goal was to build a house and she helped us deal with the land owner. That ended up not working out, so we started looking casually at already built homes in our desired school district. In the mean time we moved into a rental house next to the school. We were having some communication issues with the rental agency and Alicia stepped in and took care of us. We finally found a home after dragging Alicia all over Benbrook, Aledo, and Brock for 5 months. Everything went smoothly during the negotiations and closing. She made this whole experience stress free and we could not have done it with out her. Unfortunately 5 stars is the max I can give her.
