Alany has been an incredible ally in the house purchasing/house selling process. She’s worked non-stop to find us every resource we required to make the process as stress free and easy for us as she possibly could. She is smart, sharp and and does not take crap. She cares and has kept our best interest in mind throughout. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market. There are not enough kind words I can say about this woman. Alany was so helpful in our search for a home as we relocated to a new area! She spent lots of time touring homes for us remotely while face-timing with us. But then also spending two separate days showing my husband and I homes in the area when we were in town. Making the remote home buying experience that much more reassuring. She was thorough, honest, and not sales-y at all. You could really tell she was willing to take as long as necessary to help us find our perfect home. She was great at helping us negotiate a great deal on our home, as well as a new roof into the contract in a fairly demanding market. Her communication and quick response time was great. Will definitely be recommending and using her again in our future real estate ventures!

Highly recommend using Alany for all of your relator needs. As a first time home buyer she answered all of our questions and made sure it was a smooth process. She goes above and beyond and will make sure you’re satisfied. Do not hesitate to use her she is truly the best at what she does. You can tell she takes pride in her work.

My husband and I were first time home buyers, and Alany was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Even when we switched the location we were looking for a home, she was still driving out to help us. Her recommendations and assistance on the process got our offer accepted FAST. There was a problem with keeping the appliances that were in the house, which was a bit stressful during the move-in process, but she offered to find us replacement appliances or send us a check for the difference which was more than fair. Overall, we recommend.

Alany is WONDERFUL!She consistently provided great information and support throughout the whole process of selling our previous home and with the purchase of our new beautiful home.
