Richard was a great Relator. He took our requirements seriously and worked to find us prospective homes to meet requirements and budget. He was always friendly and helpful, even will us have him travel across all of Dallas. He even pointed out issues with places trying to make sure we actually loved and had no issues with our future home. After looking at many houses, we finally settled in Denton at a place we love. He was present for every step of the way and promptly answered any questions we had. I would recommend Richard to any looking for a home in the DFW area.

Richard was recommended to me by a friend, and I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. He was so helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the process. He took me to see several places and guided me through every step. Even after I moved in, he helped me with finding insurance, vendors, etc since Im new to the city. He went above and beyond for me!
