Working with Akintunde as our real estate agent was a great experience from beginning to end. He was very knowledgeable about the DFW area, has great relationships with the builders, provided us with many options and it never felt like we were pressured as any point. Would recommend him anytime and already did!

Working with Akintunde was a spectacular experience. I messaged him as a recommendation from a friend, and we were on a call with him less than a minute later. He immediately jumped in to help us, sending us property ideas to see what we were interested in and sending us information on properties we had mentioned without us even having to ask. He always made sure we had as much information as possible in order to make an informed decision. He worked closely with us to find a home that matched our needs perfectly. We never felt pressured or in the dark, and with the market what it is today, it was such a gift to have someone guide us every step of the way until we found the property that was right for us. We really appreciate all the hard work he put in, we are so in love with our dream home!

Tunde was amazing and very knowledgeable about real estate. He made our desires reality. I wasn’t having the best of luck with the home buying process at first. Tunde was so encouraging and positive throughout the entire process. Even when I dealt with health issues, he stayed persistent though it all and ended up negotiating a purchase price that was 25k less than the original sale price! Don’t hesitate to have him on your side whether buying or selling. You won’t regret it!

Where do I even start Akintunde was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was always available to answer our questions and to show us homes anytime we asked him. It’s like having a friend on the inside that is working for you. He truly care for his clients as well the community and neighborhood you live in. Choosing him for a realtor was the best decision we ever made. He was more than helpful in finding our family a home. Not only that he was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fits our price range. Even after we closed he was still helping and introducing us to people that can help us with things around the house. So if your looking for the best realtor pick him he’s your guy.
