    Ajay is one of the most professional realtors I have worked with. He listened to our needs and helped source a comprehensive list of houses that met our requirements. After reviewing the initial list, we sent Ajay a short list of houses we wanted to visit and he was able to quickly set up appointments.During negotiations, Ajay had a strong approach and got us an amazing deal. The seller ended up selling at a loss and we were able to get a great price!During the walkthrough, we had an anomaly where the electricity was off. This was a mistake as we signed without confirming that the A/C was still functional. When the downstairs A/C didnt work, Ajay worked with the sellers realtor to ensure that our house warranty would cover the repairs. Everything worked out in the end and Ajay was on top of everything before, during, and after the sale.Happy to continue working with Ajay as my family builds our real-estate empire! :P

I gave Ajay a target for a house which is from a top tier builder in North DFW area for a luxury home for a house in 525k list price range to bring down to 480k and he did it. I did not buy the house yet as I got more greedy and little panicky as wanted to get more benefits as I see over inflated price coming down across DFW area.
