I have used Ailin 3 times now and each transaction has been flawless.. from helping us find a home to selling our mothers home in Richmond TX. She’s was very professional and super detailed. Ailin is an excellent agent. She helped us find a rental property within a space of less than 24 hours and we love the place. She is always available as a landlord’s agent and as a property manager and is incredibly helpful - no matter when and for what you call her.We were fortunate to find her when we were looking for a house to rent, with very little time. For comparison, we reached out to four other agents on the same day. We had viewed, negotiated, settled and signed the contract with Ailin before the other three had even responded to my questions on their properties.So, once again, couldn’t recommend Ailin enough !! Let me tell you about Ailin Sun. The word FANTASTIC would not even begin to describe her or her approach to being a great Landlord.I was in a real tough spot, recently transferred, and needed a place to stay quickly. Her excellence in communication, professionalism and attention to details were AMAZING.Having been transferred yet again, Ailin was so understanding & kind, and went out of her way to make me feel as valued a tenant could moving out as she did moving in.If there were more than 5 stars to give, I most certainly wood. If you are looking for a great realtor, someone who can find not only your next house, but help find a great rental, Ailin is the one to call.
