Adrian was not only very knowledgeable on what the client needs and wants but also kept client informed was very knowledgeable how “we the builder work” and was able to negotiate for his clients an amazing deal!!

What a great realtor. I have been in new home sales for 20 years. I have done deals with hundreds maybe thousands of realtors across San Antonio. Adrian is the ultimate realestate agent. Very knowledgeable, honest, patient, and dedicated to his profession. I have closed 4 deals with him this year(2024) and eveyone of them was smooth. We had one that was challenging but we worked together to get that homeowner to the closing table and into their new home. He has a servers heart I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Adrian is one of the best realtors I have worked with in my 20+ years in real estate. He educates his buyers about the process prior to walking in the door. Always keeping everyone in the loop throughout the entire process and staying engaged with all parties - buyer, sales, construction and mortgage.
