Kristi was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Her responsiveness, as well as her team, was incredible.Although we lived two and a half hours from our new home, she showed us our new house via FaceTime and even got us a YouTube video of every corner of that house so we would not miss anything and ensure this was the house we wanted. Kristi diligently ensured all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent, and kept us posted almost daily. We did not face surprises or hidden house issues when we had the walk-through. We immediately fell in love with our new home.Kristi helped us to get the best mortgage company we ever had in the 42 years we have been married. Having Kristi and the mortgage company was like having the dream team. Kirsti looked out for us and had our best interests in mind. 5 stars is not enough! By God’s will we found Kristi and the Abilene Group when searching for a home in Abilene. We were moving back to Texas from the northeast and ended up buying our home sight unseen through Kristi! Through the use of videos, FaceTime, phone call, emails, and texts Kristi found our perfect home and went above and beyond even after we closed. Her team was a pleasure to work with as they oversaw the deliveries of various furniture and appliances as they arrived to our new home before we did!After our arrival, they welcomed us to the community and even held special events during the fall and Christmas seasons which our whole family enjoyed.We cannot recommend Kristi and the Abilene Group enough. I dont think 5 stars is a high enough rating for Kristi and her team.I am a first time home buyer and was stationed overseas at the time I was looking to buy when a co worker of mine referred me to her. Her Moto Excellence as Standard is something that they far exceed! Buying remote and living in another country presented a million obstacles for myself and seemed overwhelming but their dedication to helping you buy (not pressure you to buy) was phenomenal. They possess outstanding knowledge of where you should buy (school districts/quality of builders/safe neighborhoods/and so much more).We were able to do virtual tours, chat at hours that worked for me, completely digitalize all documents (even though some are still required to be paper!), she helped with negotiating closing costs, and referred me to everyone youd need throughout the process (mortgage officer, electric company, home owners insurance, water/sewage/wifi).I wound up buying from her about 2 months prior to showing to Texas, and her partner Whitney has also been super helpful in aiding with the set up before I even showed up.If anyone is moving to Abilene youre in great hands with Kristi and her team.

I found Kristi and the AG Realty office by web browsing Abilene realtors as we were planning our cross-country move. I was impressed by their web presence and submitted a “Contact Us” request and got connected with Kristi and began chatting about our move and setting a time to look at properties. I was pretty set on the neighborhood we wanted from online research and we set up showings based on that with Kristi. She politely agreed that my choice was a good one but indicated there was another neighborhood she wanted to show us as well. It was Kristi’s recommendation we ended up buying and I’m so happy that we did! That was nearly 3 years ago and I have driven through the other neighborhood several times to see progress and every time I have been so thankful for Kristi’s spot-on and professional recommendation that led to the home we love.
