Jency Carson is the best!! She guided us through the whole process of searching for, evaluating, and choosing the right property for our move to Kerrville. We took over a year in our search, much of it from over several hours away from Kerrville. Jency patiently saw us through the entire process. At no time did she put us off or delay us in our search. In fact, at a time when she was unable to take us personally, she made arrangements for a fellow realtor to see the property we were interested in. When we finally chose a home, Jency was indispensable in helping us to understand all the steps we had to take to complete the purchase. Jency has become a dear and trusted friend. Jency was aggressive and quick to take action. She was excellent with potential buyers and a good communicator. Our sale was complicated and Jency never seemed to tire of the back and forth activity to get the sale closed.
