Where do I begin, Kacey has been easy to work with, always timely and quick to answer a text, call or any communication we have had with her. She sold our home back in December and did a wonderful job with total consideration for our schedule including making sure the home was available when we were out of town or couldn’t make a showing work. She found a way always to make sure the home was shown at every opportunity. She kept us up to date on anything that might bring a sale. Her assistant worked closely with us also and again communication and professionalism was this teams biggest asset. We continued to look for a home after the sale of our home and even when we left the state for several months this team continued to send us updates of homes that might interest us. Kacey sent us the home we decided on before it even hit the market. She sent pictures and called us on questions we had and we almost bought without even seeing the home but Kacey asked if we might want to see for ourselves and so we travelled back to Granbury to see the house AFTER placing a contract on it. That’s trust in an agent who knows what we wanted and always kept us updated and aware of new homes on the market that would work for us. When we saw the home it was even better than Kacey had described. Again Kacey knew what we wanted and made sure she was constantly checking the market for new listings.If you are looking for an agent and assistant who are knowledgeable, hard working, honest, personable and have impeccable integrity then you will be delighted with Kacey Huggins and Jessica Keys.

Every once in a great while, you trip over a pebble and land in a pot of gold! That was my experience with Kacey Huggins and 321Real Estate Group, Keller Williams.With the help of my sister and her then-realtor, I was looking for a new home in a very specific neighborhood 1,500 miles away. When Zillow presented a house that I liked and my sister couldn’t get in touch with her realtor, she called the seller’s to request a showing. What a stroke of luck that was! Kacey was happy to meet with her and have a walkabout - which turned into a truly unexpected partnership. After that there were many houses and many, many conversations. Kacey really wanted to know me… what I liked, what I didn’t, what was the most important “must have!” for me. After all, I was 1,500 miles away. I couldnt just pop over for a quick look!I’d ask her about a house I’d seen online, shed go have a look, and she’d straight-up say the kitchen wasn’t right for me (too small!); or that it just wasn’t the right fit for me and my four senior dogs. No matter how many homes I saw and we discarded, Kacey stayed positive, reassuring me that the right house would present itself, and since I wasn’t in any real hurry, we just kept looking.I think its important to point out at this juncture that I had yet to step foot into the Great State of Texas. She and my sister were doing all of the heavy lifting; touring, video-chatting me in when connectivity would allow, sending photos, doing the deep-dive into each property. I was 100% leaning on her expertise and what she knew I was looking for. If she/they said no, it was a no, and we moved on.And then… we found it.My new home!Now the real work began and Kacey stuck with me every step of the way – even during the occasional FREAK-OUT! She ever-so patiently walked me through all of the paperwork – sometimes having to use her small words because, frankly, homebuying is complicated. If I had a question, she had an answer. If I required an inspection, wanted to get contractor estimates for changes, or just needed to deal with my new HOA, she had a list of options and contact information!So... I know youre thinking, whats the hitch? right? Something always goes awry. Here it is...When interest rates began to decline, I was hoping to readdress my financing options. I reached out to the lender and asked if we could revisit the rate. The response I received was… less than appealing… and the re-offer hugely underwhelming. I called Kacey to ask what would happen if, at this late date in the buying process, I wanted to change lenders. Was it even an option??? I explained why and she was incensed. Her reaction was, “Nope. We’re gonna do better for you.”One phone call and less than 10 minutes later, I was working with a new lender I was super comfortable with, who understood my position, who I felt I could finally trust, and all the puzzle pieces fell neatly into place. Kacey to the rescue again!So, after ALL OF THAT, I got my fairytale ending! I have a new home, in the community where I most wanted to live, with everything I could’ve ask for, and at a price I can afford. I sincerely do not have the words to describe just how wholly grateful I am for Kacey Huggins and her dedication to this challenging client (that would be me!). There is no way I couldve navigated this life change without her support and expertise.She really is the Fairy Godmother of Real Estate!
