This is our second time using Western Allied Refrigeration and had beyond satisfactory experiences both times.The first time, our beer refrigerator went out and everyone we called couldnt assist us because the appliance was not their own. Luckily, our attempt with Western Allied was promising. They were willing and able to find a solution in speedy time.The second time, our keg cooler went out. We gave them a call; they responded within ten minutes of our inquiry and fixed our cooler the next day (they offered same day also). The worker was knowledgeable and waited to reassure it was the correct solution.From dispatch to the results, Western Allied Refrigeration & Appliances Heating & Cooling Services, Inc thoroughly provides a professional and impressive maintenance for your necessities.

I called Western Allied Refrigeration Heating and Cooling Services Inc. for my Washing Machine, I have had a series of terrible experiences with some companies that have come to attend to the issues of the machine but to no avail. A friend recommended Western Allied who came and inspected and diagnosed the problem and took the machine away only to return it the third day already fixed. The cost is reasonable and fair. I hereby recommend Western Allied to all and sundry. Thank you.

We had an air conditioner leak in the attic that went on for nearly 3 weeks after they first came to fix it. $1100. Dollars plus 2 holes in the ceiling and still leaking I finally went with some one else who fixed it in 3 hours.

John Subair was on time, respectful and took the time to explain what was wrong with my 2 year old refrigerator. I am a repeat customer ( on same appliance ) . He gave me my options. The pipe with the freon had burst and all freon had leaked out.He cleaned up after himself , which was important to me, as I am 76 year old, handicapped widow. I would recommend him to any one because he was HONEST . Great service is hard to find and he provided it.

The technician showed up checked my system. Found out the problem, Explained to me what he had to do to make it work properly. He bled off my system added a filter that was not on my system and recharged my system. Then he stayed to make sure it was working properly before he left. Good quality and expertise. A little expensive, but they do things right the first time so you dont have to call out technicians over and over again. Victor was my technician. Very good and hard worker.

This company is amazing. I called them on a Saturday for emergency repairs on my parents refrigerator. They sent out a tech, Olu, the same day, one hour after I had called to work on it. He was thankfully able to get the refrigerator repaired for a very reasonable cost. He not only saved the groceries in the refrigerator but he saved my parents from having to purchase a new one. Olu was very polite and patient. He clearly explained all the things that were broken and what needed to be done to fix them. He even cleaned up afterwards. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work. I sincerely hope that we will never have a need again for their services but if we do I will not hesitate to give them a call. And I will recommend them to all my friends and family members.
