We had major plumbing problems after the recent snowstorm and called Turbo Home Services, who also replaced our air conditioner last summer. They were quick at responding and sent out Felix Gomez the same day for a free inspection and estimate and he provided us with the estimate promptly. Christian Gomez and Noel Chavez started the work the very next day. They were both very diligent, courteous, and meticulous in their work, and made sure to clean up after themselves every day. They even went out of their way to do extra favors like changing the faucet in the garden hose and so on. On the final day, Christian and Noel not only swept all the debris but also mopped all the work areas and even wiped down the front door, which was very impressive. The person, Bill, who Turbo employed to do the sheetrock repair and paint did a neat job as well. We’re very pleased with their services and have already recommended them to our relatives and friends.

Honest and swift work ethic. I have a small restaurant in Spring, Texas. Our 2 commercial HVAC units in the dining hall werent blowing cold air for a while, but our kitchen unit stopped working this morning so I started by calling HVAC companies in the area. A technician from Champions Hvac came but couldnt even diagnose the problem and said hell have to wait until the ice melts and that he can only come back on Monday which is 2 days from now. Then another HVAC contractor came and proposed cleaning the unit before he could diagnose the issue. I paid them for just showing up and they left.Finally, Robert called from Turbo and I explained to him that the system is iced about 3 inches and that prior technicians couldnt diagnose the issue and that they needed to wait until the ice melts on its own. Robert proposed to defrost the system, he said it being iced isnt a problem at all, I assume the other technicians didnt have the proper tools. When Robert arrived he was so quick to grab his tools and climb the ladder. I followed him to the roof and watched his every step. He checked the kitchen unit first, then the dining hall units. He was so comfortable checking the units, its obvious hes been doing this work for more than a decade. I asked him a question after a question and he answered all of them to my satisfaction. He also explained his diagnosis with common terms that I could understand. He fixed and refilled the dining hall units and made the kitchen unit work as well. All 3 of our units are working like a clock now. But he warned me that one of them might have a leak and that I should get it checked soon. He was honest and very quick in his work. His pricing was super reasonable, even cheap considering I watched his work from beginning to end. Thanks to Robert our kitchen temperature is now perfectly cold and we can properly work.If you are looking for an honest HVAC contractor, dont look further Robert is the one.

Dario came out, last night, at the last minute for an emergency leak repair. The appointment window was from 8p- 11p...mind you I called Turbo about 6p. Per my request, he made it to the house very close to 8:00. He worked hard and went the extra mile to get the repair completed the same night. He was able to show us exactly where the damage was done and explained step by step how he repaired it.Although it was late, Dario stayed about 3 hours to get the job done (counting the time spent where he had to leave to go and get an extra part that was needed). He was very professional and kind. GOD FORBID we have to go through this again, I will be calling Turbo and requesting Dario if he is available!!! Thanks, Turbo...and Thank you, Dario!! Youre amazing!

Excellent experience. I had concerns on hot water heater bent Cu tubing. Dario C first called me to announce his ETA. When he arrive he access situation/ Gave me several options and completed the warranty work. Somehow during the water being shut off the Master bathroom toilet upon flushing began to leak water from the supply line. Coincidental? Anyway he assess the situation quickly replace the toilet supply tubing , change the filled -valve, etc etc needless to say he stop the leak.Kept me informed as he was working, very respectful didnt leave a mess. I will observe work next 24 hours to make sure no leaks. Thank youAddendum: Dario did come by the next morning to tighten the connection and no leaks since.

Today was my first experience with Turbo Home Services and I am very happy with the result. I had a relatively urgent plumbing issue with a clogged HVAC drain. The technician, Wilmer, showed up prior to the scheduled time, after calling to make sure an early arrival wouldnt be inconvenient. Wilmer diagnosed the problem quickly, clearly explained what needed to be done and disclosed the scope of the repair and cost of the repair and then made quick work of the repair. He worked neatly and cleaned up behind himself. He was exceptionally polite, a very competent technician and I wouldnt hesitate to request to have him return when future plumbing services are needed. Overall a very good first time experience with Turbo Home Services.

Turbo was able to come to my property quickly after my AC went out. They offered a fair price on a full replacement and got the new unit installed quickly. We had a little bit of communication issues with their Sr. Technician that lead to some frustration but thankfully their manager Christian and technician Adrian were able to communicate clearly and resolve the issues. Over all we walked away with a new AC and a happy home.

He stayed here during the whole process after his walk through till even after payment to ensure that someone could make it out today for install. He was very knowledgeable, gave me valuable information on what to look for and how the a/c unit works. Being a first time home owner I did not know all that it entailed until I actually went through it and I thank him for educating me on things that a homeowner should be able to maintain.

We needed a roof and fence replacement. From the minute we spoke with the salesman Robert, we knew we had found the right place. They started the projects as soon as possible, the fence was started the day after the initial quote and the roof was started 3 days after (only because of the weather)Noel and his guys made sure to take the time to ensure the fence was done properly, and they took great care around all our plants in the back yard. The new fence looks amazing and it’s wonderful not looking at the mess that was there before!Felix and his guys had a fairly big job on their hands, having to replace everything on the roof, but they finished everything in 2 days, and left our yard looking better than when they started!If you want quality work, go with Turbo. They are knowledgeable, keep in constant contact with you, and will do everything they can to ensure a smooth and professional job. We will use them for future projects for sure!

3 years. Ive had this unit since the state of Texas replaced my old home with this Harvey Home. Kevin was the only tech to figure out its not cooling July-September because the unit is too undersized. 2.5T attic blower and only 2T compressor for almost 1300 ft². Now I just got to keep maintaining until a major repair and replace with 3T units up and outside. He said with the way I take care of it; about 10-12 more years.

UPDATE (July 2024)This company never ceases to amaze me. When Turbo Home Services upgraded my AC and ducting last year, I also had them install a generator hookup to my breaker box. I was having issues with getting the generator to power my home (user error completely on my part) and called Turbo for some assistance. They sent an electrician (Felix) out the same day and was able to find the source of my problem. I honestly can not thank them enough. I was without power with Hurricane Beryl for a week but being able to have some relief with their help was so much more bearable. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars - I would!September 2023The company replaced my unit and ducting. Each person from the office, technician, installer, etc. was very professional, helpful, and kind. All of which have been excellent communicators.The install of the new ducting and unit was done thoroughly and quickly. The installers were respectful of my home and kept it clean and floors protected. The job would have been completed in one day (they worked very hard!) if not for my house- specific problem.With my house issue, they were incredibly patient and thorough and were able to remedy my problem.I personally was helped by Brayan and Dhalia which made the process even easier.They have been a wonderful company to work with and I’m really glad I chose them to upgrade my system. I had a brand new air conditioning and heating system installed last April so I hadnt had an occasion to use the heater. With the cold snap weve had for a few days the heater just wasnt working. The temperature was constantly at 65° to 67°.Any the technician from Turbo had the assessed and corrected in under half an hour. A simple solution.So thumbs up for Turbo and to the technician.
