Had the pleasure to request services from West Texas Heating and Cooling. Worked with Luis (the owner) and Adrian on a two-ton minisplit installation. Top of the line professionals, answered all of my questions, and gave me recommendations on how to save money on. My energy bill. They will be hearing back again from me to get the Preventative Maintenance package for my hvac unit and my new mini split. Highly recommended, the are honest and have integrity.

Absolutely Professional and extremely knowledgeable. I went through 3 different techs and Luis knew exactly what was going on with my heater. For 2 yrs I went without a heater because they couldnt figure out what was wrong. HIGHLY recommend them.

He provided step-by-step updates, complete with pictures, to explain what needed to be done. We also want to acknowledge Adrian, who expertly built our new ductwork. This company truly goes above and beyond, deserving more than a five-star rating. Their pricing was excellent, and we even signed up for their affordable maintenance plan, which includes two visits per year. Thank you again, West Texas Air! I was working out of town when my A/C broke down, just my luck it happened to be on the weekend. Called around no one would be able to stop by, Luis was able to get the ac up and running it was something simple didn’t over charge did it in a timely matter and explained why it happened and how to avoid the issue again. Would recommend to anyone very few honest people in the trade and they definitely are.

My AC went out and I had just moved into my house. Luis from West Texas Air was referred to me and when I called him he showed up that same day. He was able to fix the problem and even blessed me with two filters. I know Ill have to replace my AC unit soon but I appreciated how Mr. Luis did not try to pressure me in buying a new unit rather he recommended an upgrade since mine was over 17 yrs old but since he was able to replace some major parts I didnt have to pay too much. I liked how he walked me through all that he was doing and what exactly he replaced. I will definitely be going back when Im ready to replace my AC unit. 👍🏽I highly recommend West Texas Air, they are all about helping their customers at an affordable cost.

Luis recently assisted me with my HVAC units Condenser Motor going out, he went out of his way to get my AC unit back online the same day. He was upfront and told me the unit was old and will probably have issues again.Fast forward 3 weeks and I had my internal Fan Blower go out, he recommended moving forward with a rip and replace install. Luis gave me options for the replacement and cleared his schedule to get my family back to safety. His team is top-notch, and he installed my new unit in only one day.I appreciate his honesty, expertise, and empathy. Excellent service, 100% recommended! Luis and his Team are very honest, responsible, knowledgeable and professional. He always quotes his repairs up front so there will be no surprises like others and I consider his prices are fair. He is very prompt in responding, you don’t have to wait for days like other companies. I text him on Saturday night, he responded back right away and he gave me the option to schedule the appointment. I asked him if he could come next morning (Sunday) at 10:00 am he sure did, he was punctual, took him about 15 minutes to troubleshoot the unit and find the problem and fixed it in about 45 minutes.
