I havent been home, so knowing my AC wasnt working as it should was not at the top of my to-do list, but it has been a few weeks since I returned home, and my AC hasnt been cooling. I reached out to my warranty provider, and two weeks later, we are still waiting to hear back from them. Based on the high recommendations of a family member, I connected with Sunnys Home Services Air Conditioning and Heating to see if they could fit us into their busy schedules for service. I had the pleasure of speaking with Sunny. He was very professional, kind, patient, and committed to an appointment the next day. Sunny sent his knowledgeable team member, Ceasar, to assess our situation. Both Sunny and Ceasar kept us informed as they went through the process. They let me know one of my units is damaged but still has a little life, and the other needed service. Sunny and Ceasar recommended replacing the damaged unit soon but advised we still have a little time, so its not urgent if were not ready. With their expert advice, we approved the service on the current units. Ceasar took care of both units in about an hour, and the cost was favorable. Our home is much more comfortable with the air after we come inside from the scorching Houston heat. Sunny and Ceasar assured us they would be there and ready to assist us whenever we decided to replace the unit(s).I had high expectations based on personal recommendations for Sunny Home Services Air Conditioning and Heating, but Sunny and his team did not just meet my expectations; they EXCEEDED them. They care about their customers like family and ensure they have met their needs. Their customer service is exceptional, and I was their priority. Sunny was amazing! My AC has not worked in two years. Iβve had very shiesty repairmen come to my home and try to sell me on getting a whole new unit. My husband and I were determined to not spend another summer in this heat. When we got in contact with Sunny and his team, they fit us in quickly. Their assessment was through and the solution was NOT a new unit. Even his team was professional and felt familiar, I feel very blessed to have found Sunny and his team. My AC is working great and Iβm looking forward to spending summers in our home -
