Jon just came and worked on our AC. He was professional, replaced the things that needed replaced quickly and also made sure everything was good to go. We used this company because it’s who our home warranty assigned. While I wish they could have come out sooner, I understand it is busy and was thankful it was not July in South Texas. All of the negative reviews had us worried but thankfully we had a good experience.

South Texas Air Force AC and Heating was sent via warranty claim. Jon was very helpful and took care of the problem timely. He answered questions when asked about the problem and gave an explanation about the issue, and provided suggestions about future maintenance. Definitely recommended.

Just want to thank Steve from South Texas Air Force AC was very knowledgeable and professional I would definitely recommend him . First American should be ashamed of sending the bottom of the barrel to its hard paying customers 1st American first send EMS AC and they sucked First American Home Warranty is ripoff they cant be trusted

First technician Christopher diagnosed my central AC said part had to be ordered and warranty will cover it. No worries since I didnt expect it to fixed that day anyway. Took a few days for the part to arrive. Second technician fixed it within a week. Professional and courteous. They didnt try to up sell me anything like some of the reviews says. Pepe even stuck around to make sure my AC was working good and also turned up the blower coz I guess with time they tend to get weaker.

S. Tx Air Force was amazing! The a/c unit was on its last leg in the house and we needed a quick response. S. Texas responded quickly and professionally and worked with us to arrange the installation. The brand new a/c unit cost with installation was economical as well. If you need a new unit, check them out!
