    Had a new unit installed in October and couldnt be happier. Came when they said they would. Quoted very reasonable price. Installed the next day. Great company and highly recommend!!!Had an issue and got a call back immediately after hours. Came out early morning next day, diagnosed and fixed. Clogged drain! Again, highly recommend!!!!

    My wife and I have used this company for over 10 years now. They just completed an entire new system inside and out. The original date was approximately two weeks, I was floored when Gloria called and said they would be at my house in two days. Michael was the original one who came and inspected my old system. He was very professional and explained everything to me. The two guys that installed everything did an excellent job, very professional, respectful and like Michael explained and did everything they said they were gonna do.     Serna Services did a great job on finishing out (and fixing my mistakes) on a DIY 3 zone mini-split system I was installing. Not only did Lionel & team go up & beyond on explaining everything to me, they also took the install to the next level with custom made line set covers, removing the extra coiled up lines, and making it look like a true top of line install vs my shoddy efforts. Lionel, Gloria and rest of Serna team will be the only company I will ever call in the area for HVAC services. - Michael

    I knew I found a good one when he was reading the vent temps correctly, not using infrared surface readings but putting probes in the ducts properly.Also advised on specifics of overflow drain code, demonstrated knowledge and expertise.Immediately found a small leak that he corrected which went unnoticed by other AC people.Price was very fair. We would be fortunate to have more people like this.Highly recommend.

    Amazing service..prompt..good value! A/C was dead and 90 forecast for tomorrow. I called this morning & spoke to Gloria. They had a full schedule but she was able to squeeze us in with a tech out in our area. Lionel was here within 30 min! He rewired the thermostat through the wall and A/C is purring like a kitten, less than 2 hours from when I made that first call.Thanks Serna..you guys rock!

    Excellent work! They installed a whole new system and ran duct work for me. After having elite air screwed me out of 600 dollars, and not fix any problems. I called up serna and they came in and did a perfect job, and was able to provide me with 0 pct interest for 5 years.

    First of all, I would like to say I had this company install an outside unit back in 2013. Great experience, so when my air quit blowing cold last night after 8pm, I called them and to my surprise a human answered the phone. A very friendly and professional lady answered and I gave her all the details. I had a back up floor unit so I didn’t need them right away. Shortly after 8 am this morning I received a call from them and a time was set up. Isai Serna and another worker showed up on time. It did not take him long to determine the problem. He let me know exactly what the problem was and fixed it in a very short amount of time. Isai even gave me a cleaning tip that could be useful. Great company. I would recommend to anyone.

    EXCELLENT SERVICE! Our system stopped cooling one evening. The other companiesI I called were 3 days out. Serna gave me a next day appt. but actually showed up same day. System was up and running within 6 hrs of the time I called.I know they are extremely busy right now. Mr. Serna knew what he was doing, he didnt rush, and even took time to talk with us a while. And the service call fee was less! Will absolutely recommend to everyone!

    Professional, and proficient staff!They know what theyre doing! Within the first 5 minutes the technician discovered the problem, that another company had failed to discover! He then thoroughly explored the issue. He made sure to explain to me what was going on with it, as well as the subsequent problems associated with it. He quickly implemented a plan and got me a quote. Within 3 days they were back and fixing the issue! The technicians were personable, polite and professional! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

    Serna was awesome. I would highly recommend them. I called them late Saturday afternoon not expecting them to get to my house until Monday, but they were there within a couple of hours and my AC was working not long after they arrived. I was expecting to pay a premium and I was wrong again the price came in a good 50% less than what I expected to pay

    We called as our AC was not cooling. They were booked and said it would be the next day before they could get to us, however,, they were able to work us in at the end of the day instead of the following day. In the meantime, a neighbor was able to get someone out earlier to help so we didnt actually use Serna but I can tell you that their customer service in working to help us was phenomenal. We will certainly use them in the future!!

    I called on Saturday and they were booked, but it wasnt an emergency so I said it was ok if they could come on Monday. He said they would call on Monday and get me set up. He called around 7:45, and was at my house within an hour. He installed a new thermostat for my HVAC, and explained how it was supposed to work. The old one wasnt switching between heat and cool. I was very impressed with Serna AC. I have definitely found my AC company.😊

    We called them today over our furnace blowing cold air . Not used to having a heat pump and the purpose of emergency heat( From up North heat pumps are not practical for where I lived) Lionel took the time to check everything explained to me how to effectively use our system.. made some suggestions to implement to be more energy efficient in a short term and long-term options.. Everything thing was working just fine homeowner error on not understanding the system.. wealth of information, gave us a time frame, very professional and personable..We will definitely be keeping this number for future needs with our HVAC needs .
