So glad to have found Pebb! The owner and his sons are lovely people, experienced, and prompt. As a single woman, I am wary of being oversold when getting home services done, but there was none of that with Pebb. They clearly explained what needed doing and gave me a fair price.After their initial visit, they had to come out for a second, larger repair. They discounted the cost of that second repair based off what Id already spent, and that was greatly appreciated! Theyre my guys from now on.

Mr Elbert and PEBB Service is by far the best AC service company Ive used in the 20 years Ive owned my home. He was honest and professional. He explained everything and he didnt charge me for service I really didnt need. Called him on short notice and he was making plans on coming that day. But I had to work. Ive been a customer of Pebb Services for over 20 years. Elbert and his family has been great to work with. Over the years Ive had regular service done (unit/coil cleaning and recharging), part replacement (fans and other components), and even new systems installed. Just had a new system installed in 2019 and its working great! My electric bill went down! Elbert is always up front and honest about what is needed for servicing or maintenance and has always been on time. I will be installing a 2nd AC system for my two story house and Pebb Services will be installing that as well. Great quality work, great price, cooler house in the Texas summer heat!

These guys came out when they said they would. I knew I was low on Freon, but the fan had also died. They made short work of fixing that and then added the Freon. It is running great and cold. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend these guys over all the people who come in and just want to sell you and overpriced AC system because they know you are hot!

He was genuine and honest with me and he let me know that he was opening his own business. I kept his phone number and Im SO glad that I did.I have used Mr. Lawrences services for the last 20 years and he has always provided a GREAT QUALITY - HIGH LEVEL - HONEST and TIMELY service to me. Im a landlord with three rental properties and my primary residence. Elbert keeps all of my Air Conditioning equipment running at peak efficiency. He is direct with me and doesnt beat around the bush. I appreciate his candor and straight talk.He has always sought out ways to help me save money and his service provide the ultimate value. My business had 3 downed a/c units due to vandalism and age so after calling several contractors I had PEBB out and quickly knew this is someone who meant business and cared about our trouble. They seemed very straightforward, hardworking and honest. They were on our roof 3 or 4 times without any extra charge to accurately diagnose our issue and stuck with us when we shifted project scope. Once our estimate was completed they came out early the next week and finished within a few hours. Now our system is working well for being 20+ year old, it just needs a little maintenance, which I plan on calling them back out to help with. I wish we had found them sooner. Definitely my go to for any commercial HVAC. Very cost efficient and reputable, they even work on schools and large businesses.Update: Performed a rooftop installation last month regarding an evaporator coil leak, which took longer than expected due to pre-existing wiring problems. Provided a free thermostat after determining it was the root of the issue as the fan could not come on. Virtually next-day repair and was graceful through our delays. Prices have been comparable for quality and effort I have rarely seen. I hope to work with PEBB again in the near future.

The technician had to leave town later but took time out to service my unit before leaving. The conclusion was that the thermostat needed to be replaced. He did so at a reasonable price. Pebb was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He came in and quickly found the issue. Not only did he find the issue but, he educated me on it amongst other things that was keeping my ac from working at an optimal level . He discovered that my ac handler (located in the attic) and also my filter located on my ceiling in the hallway both had a filter in them. He said that you cant have 2 filters in two different places (only one). The air handler filter was also filthy and hadnt been changed since I have been in my house (3 years). He showed it to me in the attic. Until then, I didnt even have a clue about that filter even being there. I was only aware of the one in the hallway. Pebb explained to me that my house had been suffocating. He also checked all of my vents in the house and opened them up so that I could get better air flow. He educated me on freon and showed me where it was low and how its supposed to look on his meter when its full. He also cleaned my ac unit outside. It didnt take Pebb long to get in and out at all but, in that short amount of time he did so much. My house had already started cooling by the time he left. What I really appreciated and love is how he explained, educated, and showed me everything that he was doing so it didnt feel like he was trying to rip me off. Pebb was just so helpful and he seemed like he really cared about trying to get my ac working properly in every room before he left. He also gave me some tips! Last but, not least I feel like his price was reasonable too. Pebb has definitely gained a customer for life and I will be recommending him to everyone I know with ac problems!
