    We had One Hour come out to setup HVAC inspections last Summer. Ali has been exceptionally accommodating and knowledgeable, and their pricing is incredibly fair and flexible. They are always punctual and typically arrive same day. Weā€™re on our 6 year anniversary with a multi-floor Lennox system and the Zone Control Board failed. This controls the dampers for multiple areas. They were able to make repairs, however, some weeks later, the unit failed completely. Thankfully, they applied the entire prior repair cost to the new replacement! Ali is so informative and willing to help avoid excessive expenditures! Knowing that our devices seem to be designed to fail these days, itā€™s refreshing to work with a company who understands this. I highly recommend One Hour Frisco. They are so courteous, competent, and professional and so very helpful! Thank you!

    Had a great experience with the team that came out to do my AC inspection. Ben did a great job of explaining how the units work and provided all of the information needed for me to make decisions on what work I wanted done to keep my units running great.     My evaporator coil started leaking. I got a few quotes from different HVAC companies. One hour was able to match the pricing. They were also able to source the parts within a few days and came out to do the repair. The install team were very knowledgeable and professional. They put drop cloths everywhere in my house that they were walking. They also cleaned up the attic space after the install. They tested my system and answered all my questions. I did have a lot of technical questions which they addressed completely and courteously. The owner of the company also followed up with me after to check on my experience and to provide any feedback. Great company. Very easy to work with. They were timely, and got me up and running smoothly and effectively.

    The AC in our master bedroom had suddenly stopped cooling. One Hour technician, Casey and Mr B stopped by and got that taken care of.     Our AC decided to quit cooling on one of the hottest day. We panicked! Luckily, I had the contact details of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning company as I got my last tune up done thru them, to my surprise, they gave me same afternoon appointment and dispatched technician who was one time. The repair done in about 2h and we we back to the comfortable zone in our home, the parts he replaced are lifetime guaranteed as the owner indicated, accordingly they were priced higher. The technician, Casey along with the owner was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the problem clearly. The other AC they took a look to make sure the same part was okay on that but to my surprise it stopped cooling as the condenser stopped. This fix was done without any charge although they had to spend another appointment time with me on this and since the owner promised that this fix is on us as we touched it (when it was running)Appreciate that and recommend this company!!!

    We had a recurring issue with our A/C not shutting off. It was freezing in our home. It has been looked at prior and the issue was not solved. We were getting very frustrated. Today I was shocked when the owner of this company (Mr. B) showed up at my door himself to look at my unit. I told him everything that was going on and he immediately went to work and did not stop until he found the issue. He made sure that he did not leave until I saw with my own eyes that everything was working properly. It was such a relief to know that there was no more guessing and hoping it was fixed when they left. He even refunded us for the cost of a brand new thermostat that had been installed prior to his visit which he didnā€™t have to do but was greatly appreciated. Thatā€™s how you run a company in my eyes. So if good ownership means anything to you in your search, I highly recommend One hour heating & Cooling. I will continue to give them my business.     This is our first time using 1 hour A C and heating and it will not be the last. Kacey and Ali were the technicians that came. They were both very respectful when coming into our home. Our units are fairly new so a quick tuneup was done. AC units are probably the single most expensive house hold item to replace. Kacey gave suggestions on a couple of ways to extend the life of our units. No power selling just a simple conversation on pros and cons. I highly recommend this team if possible.

    Had my AC unit stop working this afternoon (when the outside temperature in Dallas is north of 100 degrees). Google Nest was showing some E73 error. Called One Hour Heating & Conditioning team and they understood the urgency of the situation and had a senior technician show up literally within 15 minutes to take a look at the issue. Turned out it was just a float switch reset issue which got resolved quickly. But the fact they were able to get someone quite knowledgeable out to my place that quickly is remarkable and speaks so high about their customer service.     I canā€™t say the technicians were on time because they were early. And when your AC is out completely and itā€™s 105Ā° outside early is very important. The guys got here investigated the situation had it repaired in 15 or 20 minutes.     The only company I found that gave me a quote over the phone after asking multiple different companies for a blower fan cleaning quote. Every other company wanted to charge me $100 to $200 to come to my house before theyā€™d even provide me with a quote.Iā€™m currently a Berkeyā€™s member and they didnā€™t even have a strictly Blower Fan cleaning. They wanted to charge me $2,000 per unit (3 units) total to do a full cleaning of each unit. Not sure how anyone could possibly afford that.So I called around for a company that would just do what I needed done.I worked with Thomas at the One Hour office. Effortless experience. Everything was done directly with him via text. And then he sent a formal quote via email. The price was reasonable and affordable. They also offer no interest financing. The application took about 30 seconds to complete and I got 6 months, zero interest to pay off the cleaning.Sharjeel then came and cleaned three blower fans for me. Very professional guy who really seemed to care deeply about his work. And very kind to my kids and dogs even though they kept bothering him. And he even answered my kidsā€™ HVAC questions! Good dude.Iā€™ll be switching companies from Berkeyā€™s to One Hour moving forward.
