I have nothing but positive things to say about Mark. His knowledge of refrigeration systems is excellent. So good, in fact, that he has even listened to my description of a problem, told me what’s wrong, and even how to fix it if it is a quick fix. He makes himself available and is eager to help you solve any issue. His prices are extremely fair. Cannot recommend him enough. Thanks, Mark!

5 out 5. 10 out of 10. 100 out of 100! Mark and Jake were an absolute blessing to me after another company charged me a lot of money and gave no solution to my problem. Mark’s was the third company I contacted and the others could not seem to find my HVAC leak. Mark and Jake came at night and used their UV light to spot the problem area. Within 12 hours, Mark had researched some options for me and gave me his personal recommendation. I was so grateful to have someone who seemed to know what they were doing and ALSO seemed to be honest! When it comes to pricey problems that need quick solutions, it can be very overwhelming. I was grateful to have Mark and Jake guide me through the decision making process. Within days, they had my AC working again. I know I can rely on them if I have problems in the future. And I will definitely be referring them to others!

I was in commercial construction for 30 years and wished I have had more subcontractors with his work ethic. I recommend him and his crews for any equipment or service needs. Many people think that in business school, you learn about maximizing profit or precision cost-cutting; all numbers and cents. However, what it really boils down to is...providing value.With this in mind, I had the pleasure of recently engaging On The Mark Heating N Air for diagnosing and repairing a frozen evaporator coil in my ancient central A/C unit. I found Mark, the owner, to be very professional, personable, and responsive. And his staff, especially his lead Jake, to be not only knowledgeable and effective, but quite understanding and willing to listen and answer my many questions and concerns. He impressed me with his good attitude, work ethic, and all around pride he takes in his work. I ended up having to replace the entire system based on their diagnosis (which knowing a bit about the technology check out) and they handled it all seamlessly from beginning to end. Though there was a small supplier related issue, but they painlessly handled and resolved that too.If you value honesty at the point of sale with fair pricing; if you value quality workmanship; if you value a business that does what they say they will; if you value prompt and enthusiastic post sales service; and like me, you value an outstanding customer experience, then give this scrappy company a call if you need service. Mark was incredibly quick to respond and schedule our AC service call. He arrived at our house within just a few short hours. Not only was he extremely friendly and personable, but his knowledge of the job was also impressive. Plus, his rates are fantastic! I had another HVAC company try to upsell me on a lot of work and tell me i also needed to add refrigerant. I wanted a second opinion. After talking to a friend and them recommending On the Mark I decided to call them. Mark the owner answered the phone got me scheduled right away. He’s extremely friendly and helpful. He walked me through my unit, how it should be operating, showed me all the things I need to do for basic maintenance, it was awesome. He changed the fan control wires to how they should be ran and after that it turned out I didn’t need refrigerant or any of the other work the other company tried to upsell me on! On the Mark has a customer for life with me because of their amazing customer service and HVAC knowledge!

Him and his company always do A+ work and I never have to worry about calling another company to come fix any mistakes, because there never are any. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Very knowledgeable and affordable. Saved me a tremendous amount of money compared to the other 5 places I contacted. I live in bertram. Ive known mark for a few years now. I never would expect somone to go the extent he did this summer. We were on summer vacation at the beach in Port O’Connor, Texas . Its the 4 July and the AC busted in the house we are staying in we could not find any AC technicians that were even willing to come to Port O’Connor. But I called Mark and he came all the way from liberty Hill, Texas at 10 PM at night. If I could give this company a 10 they would get it. Make sure you call them to handle any problems that you need.
