Professional, prompt, reasonable, honest and efficient! Kevin had everything needed to repair two separate units we have, one on a rental property and the other on our home. The rental property has a split system that is old and had many issues because I had neglected it! Kevin checked the system out and assessed the damage before he repaired it. He clearly explained his diagnosis and projected cost before working on it. I agreed to the cost and he began fixing it right then! He had everything needed on his service van including a electric motor to repair the system ! I couldnt believe it! I did not watch him do the repairs but after he got done the system ran perfectly! The best part when he gave me the bill it was lower than he predicted!😃 He explained that some things in the old system had been wired up wrong in past repairs and just needed to be rewired correctly so the cost was cheaper than he first told me. I would not have known that if I had been standing there watching him!! This guy can be trusted to shoot you straight!The system on our house is a newer package unit heat pump that I thought was running fairly well but I asked him to service it anyway... its a good thing I did! He showed me the coils inside.... they were almost completely stopped up! The unit was a little low on Freon.... that thing was actually about to have some real problems or some serious repairs needed! After he serviced it I could not believe the difference! It seems like it heats the house up in half the time that it ran Before!I would highly recommend Mr Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning!! In fact Im going to have Kevin install a new system in a remodel on a house we are remodeling in Mena. They do Great work and are honest and dependable!
