    I have been without central air conditioning since 2020. My old AC unit was from 1981! I so appreciate Moore Than Perfect Heating and Air-conditioning for coming out June 6, 2024, and installing a new AC unit. They were professional, efficient, and quick!     I had no heat and had been struggling with my mobile home furnace since Christmas. Ive had several companies come out and they couldnt figure out the issue with unit, so they tried to sale me a new one. I decided to get call Moore than perfect heating and AC and my technician was the owner John. He checked everything from top to bottom on my unit and finally found out that issue was my chimney flue cap had fell off causing access air to make the flame dance and cause it to not be sensed by flame sensor. I am very great for John and his determination to solve my issue . Thanks John I highly recommend this company.

    Johnie was an absolute pleasure to work with came out the same day(thanksgiving eve) diagnosed the issue with my furnace the same day!!     Johnie, The companys owner, is the one that came out and serviced my AC unit. He was friendly, and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to do a great job. He mounted my nest thermostats that I recently installed at no charge. He rinsed off the entire AC unit after he was done doing the repair. He was on time, quick, and just extremely personable. I have found the HVAC guy that I will use every time moving forward. Johnie understands what small business is all about.

    Moore Than Perfect came out to assess a lack of airflow issue with our HVAC system in Fellowship Hall at Calvary Presbyterian Church. From the second we contacted them to come out; they were professional, prompt and straight up unlike many other companies we have dealt.with in the past. They were able to examine and determine the cause of the blockage that two previous companies were not able to in a very short amount of time. Johnie also provided a clear explanation of the issues before which was due to the insulation inside of the ductwork collapsing and causing low airflow to most of our ductwork. Johnie removed the collapsed insulation, confirmed that the airflow was back to normal throughout the entire system and also provided several maintenance recommendations to prevent this issue from occurring again. He also inspected our water heater and provided a cost effective quote to solve to an issue with that system as well. We will be using Johnie and Moore Than Perfect to service our systems moving forward and we also recommend that their services to anyone with no questions asked. Thanks again for your great service

    100% would recommend! We came home on a Saturday evening to an 80° house and no working A/C.     Was going on day 5 with no heat thinking the issue was just a dirty flame sensor and I could remove and clean it myself. After 3 days of getting the right tools and fighting to get the sensor out to clean it and back in my furnace was still blowing cold air. In less than an hour of describing my issue over the phone Moore Than Perfect (MTP) was at my house diagnosing the problem which turned out to NOT be the sensor but a lack of proper air flow, which led to MTP leaving and returning with new PVC pipes, drilling a hole to vent the pipe outside, cleaning everything up and testing again to make sure my furnace was working properly. All this was done in 3-4 hours. Very professional, very respectful and in my opinion, appropriately priced. Definitely recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC services new or existing!
