Mr.John Yates with Freezing Heat was recommended after I was having issues with my AC not cooling properly. I gave him a call and quickly responded and scheduled a time to come out on a holiday weekend. He was very knowledgeable and did a thorough evaluation of my system and was very honest in what I needed done. He was very transparent and I would absolutely recommend Mr. Yates to family and friends. He made sure everything was working properly and assured me the problem would be fixed. I appreciate his honest work and I thank him for his service as he is a military vet. He was quick and our home was cool again in no time!! Thanks again!!

JOHN IS BY FAR THE BEST HVAC TECH IVE EVER HAD. FIRST HE SHOWED UP WITHIN 30 MINS OF OUR CALL REQUEST. HE HAD THE AC FIXED IN LESS THEN 20 MINS UNBEATABLE SERVICE IS ALL I CAN SAY. IF YOU HAVE ANY AC TROUBLE, CALL JOHN. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
